LEAD YOURSELF

LEAD YOURSELF

Girls between the ages of 10 and 13 are entering a transformative time—emotionally, socially, and mentally.

As they begin to shape their identity, values, and sense of agency, Self-Leadership becomes a powerful tool for helping them navigate the changes and challenges with confidence.

MEET OUR SPEAKER

Anja Koehler

As a former Division 1 soccer captain for UC Berkeley, Anja Koehler founded Captain’s University to empower teams to provide leaders the tools to be successful. Her approach to leadership development has 3 pillars: Clarity, Communication, and Confidence.

“I’m excited to lead this self-leadership workshop with CRU Soccer! These are the exact tools I wish I had as a young player. Through my work with Captain’s University, I’m passionate about empowering young athletes to grow into strong, self-led leaders on and off the field. See you soon!”

- Anja Koehler

Girls are 2x as likely to drop out of soccer, and team sports, by age 14.

Girls want safe, accessible, and empowering sport experiences.

At CRU Soccer, we want to keep girls in the game. We do this by creating safe, positive, and empowering soccer experiences. Whether we are developing our leadership skills in the classroom or on the field, we want to help our athletes feel motivated and excited to play soccer.
