I’m Coach Soleil and I’m glad you are here.
I’m excited to talk to you about food and fueling your soccer performance.
In this class, we’ll explore Nutrition and it’s basics. We’ll talk about how eating different foods impacts the way you play.
I am passionate about female athletes having a positive relationship with food and eating to fuel their bodies to be strong, fast, and powerful.
I studied Nutrition at Stanford University and have been coaching for 10 years.
